As we age, our bodies require extra attention when it comes to performing our everyday tasks and activities and avoiding injuries. Pilates focuses on the core muscles (deep abdominal, upper back/ lower, legs, hips and buttocks), which helps build strength, increase flexibility and improve balance and posture.
What makes the Integrated Mind and Body experience different is the focused one-on-one training in an at-home atmosphere.
